House & Facilities
The front door and two reception rooms at the front of the house are for the exclusive use of guests. You can come and go as you please.
The guest lounge has excellent views across Loch Leven and to the mountains beyond. It has plenty of books, magazines and games as well as local maps and information folders. You can plan your day’s excursions or just relax with a cuppa after your day. New for 2020 we have revamped this room to provide an additional table and seating for guests which is an ideal place to use your laptop or chill out with a game for cards.
The Breakfast Room
Our breakfast room is located at the front of the house with two large windows making the most of the spectacular views. Being in an elevated spot it is the perfect place to look across Loch Leven and the mountains beyond.
We offer a full cooked breakfast using fresh local produce where possible. Lighter cooked breakfasts are available like poached eggs on toasted crumpets or freshly cooked croissants with slices of Edam and local cheese. We also offer a self service area with a selection of fresh fruit, cereals, homemade yogurt, fruit juices, homemade fruit bread, various teas, fresh cafeteria coffee and we always cook (not microwave) a large pot of porridge each morning.
Walkers and Cyclists
We welcome those who enjoy walking and bike riding when on holiday. The area around Glencoe is full of glorious walks and mountains and cycle tracks. We are happy to dry boots and hang your clothing in the drying room to dry. We have maps to help you plan your day’s activity with a bike hire shop within Glencoe village and Graham on hand to give suggestions. We are happy to store your bike away overnight.
