Accommodation

The house is set within its own gated enclosed large garden with off road parking for five cars. With an acre of land, we have various outdoor seating areas, quiet corners and even a selfie square too! All rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. For 2026 we have three en-suite bedrooms available. The house and grounds are a non-smoking haven, perfect for relaxation.

Maximum occupancy per room is 2 people. We welcome guests aged 12 years old and over.

Room 1 and 3 have a super king size double bed. Room 5 has a UK standard size double bed.

Room 1

Room 1 is our largest double room with a Super king size double bed (6ft wide) for those that like to stretch out and have space. A table with silent fridge beneath. Several seating options, a 32 inch Samsung smart TV and new oak furniture. This room also has our largest en-suite with bath and shower over bath. The view is over one of our private lawned areas and extending to the Pap of Glencoe.

Room 3

Room 3 has a Super king size double bed (6ft wide), this room can be setup as a twin bedroom (two single beds). Please call before making your booking to arrange a twin room. Locally made furniture, a Samsung smart TV and an ensuite shower room, wash handbasin and toilet. Situated at the front of the house this room boasts a large window that captures stunning views over the front garden down towards Loch Leven and across to the Beinn a Bheithir mountain range.

Room 4

Room 4 is our smallest double bedroom available with an en-suite shower room located at the side of the house with views over lawned gardens, woodland area and towards the former stately home of Lord Strathcona. A great room for spotting deer early morning or late evening.

Room 5

Our Room 5 has been newly refurbished, with a few little extras, including a large walk-in wardrobe providing lots of storage space, two leather chairs to relax in, a Samsung smart TV, a small fridge and a Lavazza coffee machine, (eco compostable capsules). Room 5 is a double bedroom, (UK standard size double bed) with an en-suite shower room, wash hand basin and toilet. All furniture has been made locally/UK, (except leather chairs). This is our most private room located at the end of the long corridor away from all other rooms, with views of the back garden and the Pap of Glencoe.
